Marketing Coordinator

At Freightline, you’ll be the heartbeat of our marketing efforts, focusing on organising exhibitions, creating engaging content, and driving team activities and fundraising events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exhibition Coordination: Research, plan, and organise trade shows and exhibitions, including stand design, logistics and marketing efforts.
  • Content Creation: Develop innovative content ideas, write case studies, blog posts and collaborate with stakeholders on marketing material.
  • Internal Engagement: Plan and execute fun team activities and engaging internal newsletters to keep staff motivated and informed. Organise and manage fundraising events to boost team morale and community involvement.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts, engage with our audience and track performance metrics across social media platforms.
  • Email Marketing: Create and distribute email campaigns via Mailchimp.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand assets including logos, images and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all markets.
  • Website Management: Regularly update and manage website content.
  • Marketing Plans: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Performance: Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing key insights.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong creative skills with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
  • Right to live and work in the UK.

Annual Wage

£25,000-£30,000
