Salary: £26,000

Start date: ASAP

What You’ll Be Doing

CRM Management (HubSpot)

  • Take full ownership of HubSpot CRM – managing contact data, segmentation and workflows
  • Build and manage email marketing automation, landing pages and forms
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, compliance and efficiency to support both Marketing and Sales
  • Monitor campaign results and lead activity through reporting and dashboards
  • Support lifecycle marketing and client engagement strategies using CRM insights
  • Track performance and continuously improve CRM activity using data insights
  • Feed CRM and campaign performance into weekly performance reporting

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Liaise regularly with Sales and Operations to gather input for campaigns and content
  • Align CRM usage and campaign activity with commercial priorities
  • Share updates and insights to improve customer communication and lead generation

Marketing Campaign Delivery

  • Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns
  • Develop engaging content across email, social media and website platforms
  • Write and edit case studies, customer updates and blog-style pieces
  • Produce and distribute Freightline’s external newsletters to clients and contacts
  • Plan and coordinate marketing-led events and fundraising initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication and collateral

Who You Are

  • 2+ years in a marketing or CRM-focused role, preferably B2B
  • Experienced in using HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple projects
  • Proactive and confident working both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
